Hyperactive, sometimes idiotically slow, and always in need of a good laugh. I'm sarcastic and a skeptic. Music is my battery. Books are my escape. My imagination is my sanctuary. I love to create - I write, I draw, I paint, I design. I love the arts, obviously. I dance. I sing, even if I'm not that good at it. When it comes to music, I like almost everything. Classical. Electronic. Alternative. Pop. Rock. Foreign music - German, Japanese, Swedish, Korean, Russian, Celtic. I am a creature of opposites - but more on that later. When I write, it is a part of my soul being laid bare. My characters are a part of me and I love them very much. If you sift through the copious amounts fanfiction, you might eventually find some of them here. | |

I enjoy a lot of things - good hot tea, history, manga, fantasy, gardening, books, mythology... The list can go on and on. When it comes to tea, I prefer herbal tea, but a good cup of Bewley's Darjeeling in the morning will give me a nice boost. As for history - I admit, I'm such a dork. I love learning things about the world - events, cultures, languages, myths, religions. I hate being ignorant with a fiery burning passion and I do what I can to correct that. I have 2 years each of French and Japanese under my belt, with a third of Japanese on the way. I eventually wish to learn several other languages - Gaelic, Russian, Norwegian, German, and Swedish. I am extremely nit-picky about grammar. Fantasy and books go hand in hand. I read so much! I believe the term 'bookworm' is applicable here. Same goes for manga - I could, conceivably, be called an otaku, especially seeing as I cosplay. Fandoms can be found in the Interests section below. I have an interesting variety of other interests. I garden. I like to learn. I wish to be a graphic designer. Another dream of mine is to become a fashion designer... and model my own clothes. I admit that I would love to be a model. Weird, huh? | |
